Chongqing Chinabase plans to transform Luton Hospital into a Level 5 hospital in Kenya, with future plans to increase investment and gradually upgrade it to a Level 6 hospital. This project aims to create a model of medical industry cooperation in Kenya based on "Chinese resources + localized operation." It will radiate into and drive the East African medical market, extending vertically into derivative businesses such as pharmaceutical and medical equipment distribution, telemedicine, and health insurance, ultimately building a regional medical ecosystem. Upon completion, Luton Hospital will become a healthcare hub for East Africa and a crucial support for the medical security of the Chinese community in the region.

During the symposium, Deputy General Manager Wen Hua was interviewed by Chongqing Broadcasting Group. He reiterated the strategic goals of investing in Luton Hospital: "to upgrade it into a top-level hospital locally." Using Luton Hospital as a strategic anchor point, the company aims to promote the development of local medical standards, deepen cooperation with Kenya, and contribute corporate strength to building a China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.

The cooperation between the company and Luton Hospital was reported by multiple mainstream media outlets, including Chongqing TV Station and Hualong Net.
