Wen Hua Represents Pingchuang Semiconductor at China-Indonesia Business Forum and Meets Minister Airlangga Hartarto

The Indonesia–China Business Delegation Visit Event themed “Advancing Green Energy, Healthcare Innovation and Future Technologies” was held in Jakarta, Indonesia from July 22 to 26, 2026. Wen Hua, Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Chinabase, attended the event as an invited representative of Chongqing Pingchuang Institute of Semiconductors Co., Ltd. During this high-level business forum, he was received by Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Indonesia’s Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, and delivered a  thematic report to the Minister.

Organized by the Embassy of Indonesia in China, this visit aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries in key areas including green energy, healthcare, future technologies and investment. Delegation members held talks with senior officials from Indonesia’s Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry China Committee, as well as representatives of leading Indonesian enterprises.

During the meeting with Minister Airlangga Hartarto, the Minister reiterated Indonesias welcome to Chinese-funded enterprises. He emphasized that Indonesia is committed to creating a fair, stable and transparent business environment for companies from all countries, including China. The Minister specifically pointed out that Indonesia and China boast enormous cooperation potential in downstream industrial development, clean energy, digital economy and the semiconductor sector. He also welcomed Chinese enterprises to expand investment in these high-value-added industries.

As one of the enterprises invested by Chongqing Chinabase, Pingchuang Semiconductor is among the few domestic Chinese tech innovation enterprises boasting integrated whole-industry-chain innovation capabilities covering advanced materials, chip design, customized packaging and testing, solutions and new energy terminals. During the forum, it showcased its globally leading technologies in fields such as nanocopper, power chips, industrial mobile power stations and solid-state transformers.During exchanges, Mr. Wen Hua stated that Pingchuang Semiconductor is ready to actively coordinate resources within China’s semiconductor sector and promote the establishment of a national-level China-Indonesia chip technology cooperation mechanism. Through talent training, joint research and development, technology transfer and local investment, the company aims to provide core technical support for Indonesia’s green energy development strategy.

Minister Airlangga Hartarto also remarked that Indonesia is willing to strengthen collaboration with China to jointly safeguard reliable and stable partnerships within the global industrial chain. This aligns highly with Pingchuang’s strategic direction of advancing the overseas expansion of advanced technologies and deepening international cooperation.
